Story of Circadian Rhythms
I am proud to present "Circadian Rhythms". 10 Unique songs written, recorded and mixed over the past 3 years in good ol' Triptic Winter Studio. This album was concepted in 2022 while the World was shut down, it took several shapes while traversing from my mind to the computer. Late into the project I had a colossal infrastructure failure resulting in 2 missing songs.

Conceptually, I had the idea of creating 12 songs in the Circle of Fifths so the Album could be played on repeat and rainbow the 12 keys of Western Music. But alas that will need to happen on the next album after I rebuild! I am glad the 10 songs that made the cut worked in 10 Fifths with "Before It's All Been Done" taking some leeway on which Key Center to concentrate on. The missing keys kind of gives the album a beginning and an end, so it fits.

Thanks to my Family for giving me the time to sing and play guitar everyday, and inspiring me to write. Recording actually didn't take too long, it's the sitting down to do it part that's hard.

Thanks to my friends for being awesome and doing posters, and just overall being really supportive.

I want to thank Rob Heath and his Song Writing Circle for really helping me write meaningfully and habitually. He probably reduced the time it would take for this to come out by a factor of 5. Sometimes it takes me a while to get focused.
Dr. Michael Sugrue also played a huge part in the creative ideas for the songs and my writing. I was lucky enough to be in his year long lectures on the Republic of Plato, he had an amazing mind and I am grateful for his time. Many of his insights were influential to the music and words within this music.

What changed after the catastrophic failure of my Hard Drive that I was running at max capacity for like 3 years too long you ask ? Well, the demo version of "Home" was included in the Album. A version of "La Cloche" in A flat was lost to the ether of corruption that was going to be in it's place. The plan was for "Home" in A to kick off the album. But you get what you get and you don't get upset, and its funny how the lyrics worked out. The last song is still in my head an is nameless so you have something to look forward to!

It took a very long Time to create this Album. It took a lot of Energy to make this Album. It took all my Skills to make this Album. I poured a great deal of Emotion into this Album. And that's all I can do. Feels gratifying. Feels liberating. To the point my chess ELO went up by 200 points after the Circadian Rhythms was uploaded.
